If you already have an offer, we tighten what is there, sharpen the message and the pricing, and get the stronger version back in front of buyers.
In those first 90 days you work on four things.
Your message. Your Million Dollar Message™, so you can say what you do simply and the right woman understands why she wants it.
Your offer. The promise, the pricing, the format and the structure of your signature offer.
Your Signature Model™. The way you get results, turned into a clear, teachable model that makes your work distinctly yours.
Your path to market. The simplest way to sell it. A pre-sell, a webinar, a sales page, a launch, whichever suits your business and your capacity.
The whole machine can come later. The offer goes in front of real buyers first, because real buyers teach you more in a week than a year of planning ever will.

Signature Offer Fast Start, worth $2,500. Every woman joining this cohort gets a personalised 90-minute session with me, Coach Karl and Coach Lauren. We look at what you are building, or what you already have, and together we build or refine the offer, sharpen the pricing, choose your simplest path to market and decide what matters now and what can wait.

Million Dollar Message™ Hook Review. Inside FFB you complete the Million Dollar Message™ training and write the hook and sub-hook for your offer. Then I review them personally and help you dial in the words your buyer sees first, before you take the offer to market. If the hook misses, the rest of the page has to work far too hard. Every woman in this cohort gets the review.
Getting the offer into market is the first win. The next nine months are about building the business that supports it, and that work happens across the three pillars of the Freedom Filled Pathway™.
Build. We tighten the foundations underneath the business: your message, your offer, your Signature Model™, your pricing and your delivery model. You make those choices based on the business and the life you actually want to run, instead of automatically adding more calls, more access and more work.
Sell. Once the offer is clear, we get it in front of buyers. Content that creates demand, the Freedom Filled Webinars™ launch system, sales pages, email, opt-ins, pre-selling, launches, and a Post Launch Debrief™ after every launch so the next one starts smarter. You build the sales rhythm that fits your offer, your audience and the way you want to work, and you leave the rest.
Lead. Then we make sure growth does not turn you into the bottleneck. Client experience, delivery, team, systems and leadership: how you onboard, how you facilitate, how you keep clients engaged, how you stop rescuing, how you hire and lead support. A business that can hold more clients without needing more of you every time it grows. This is where the business starts to give freedom back.

Mini-Masterminds twice a month with Coach Lauren. Three to five women in a scaffolded room with a set agenda, so it is your work in front of peers, never a loose chat. Bring your work, get eyes on it, make the decision, keep moving. Lauren also coaches you, the woman running the business, because the business only becomes more sustainable when the way you lead it changes too.
Tech and Ops with Coach Karl every month. Practical help with tech, operations and simplifying the backend, so the plumbing stops being the thing you avoid. A freedom-filled business should not need fourteen apps and six workarounds to run.
Every call is on a Thursday, the coaching calls are recorded, none of them are compulsory, and December is off for all of us. Most mentees give FFB somewhere between 90 minutes and two hours a week.
The annual virtual Freedom Filled® Retreat. A day of advanced strategy, Behind-The-Build shares from within my own business, panels, guest experts, bold discussions at our Round Table Talk, and a Brag Room where we celebrate without apology.
The room. One Circle community for twelve months, with my team and your peers in it every day, and the question system that puts your question on the agenda of the next real call. We do not believe in keeping you in student mode. It is a true mentorship in the sense that our deliverables are all around accountability.
The vault. The women in my rooms do not teach business.
They teach cake decorating, Pilates for women over fifty, parenting, sewing, art, home styling, running, living well with ADHD, birth, and commercial property. We have psychologists, accountants, naturopaths, personal trainers, kinesiologists, teachers, artists, doulas and nutritionists inside, most of them coming from a 1:1 or clinic model they are now turning into a digital offer.
FFB is for the woman who is intelligent and who is an expert, and who also really wants to keep her family, her health and her lifestyle a priority.
